Participation in the CWJC program seeks to intensify student’s life and work skills through courses
ranging from Bible study to Personal Discovery. In each of the free 10 to 12 week sessions in which classes are held, students
are given a firm foundation to build a successful life and career. Upon graduation from the CWJC program, each student
is paired with a mentor who has committed to a one–year one–on–one relationship to aid in building
the student's self-esteem, self-confidence and skills essential to success in life and work.
